Julien Solyjan is a Partner specialising in Transaction Services and corporate finance, with more than 12 years of experience advising investors, executives and shareholders on financial due diligence and strategic transactions. He built and developed 2CFinance's Transaction Services practice from a team of 5 to 20 consultants, now supporting 175 to 200 transactions each year.
He began his career within BDO France's Transaction Advisory Services team before co-founding Refer Me Please, an entrepreneurial experience that strengthened his understanding of the operational and financial challenges faced by growing businesses.
Julien graduated from SKEMA Business School and Kozminski University in Warsaw. He works fluently in French and English and has developed an international outlook through academic, entrepreneurial and professional experiences across several countries.
